N2 - An audio ΔΣ modulator is realized in a standard 0.18μm CMOS process, exploiting the possibility of substituting a class-C inverter for an OTA. The measurement results from the fabricated chip demonstrate 81 dB SNDR, 84dB SNR, and 85dB DR for a 20kHz signal bandwidth. The chip consumes 36μW from a 0.7V supply.
