A design methodology for a broadband dual millimeter-wave reflectarray antenna composed of nonresonant conductor cell is presented. Based on the analysis on the reflection and diffraction phenomenon of the metallic cell with variable height, we confirm that it can be an effective solution as a broadband reflectarray operating at millimeter-wave region. A dual metallic reflectarray composed of a curved subreflector and a main reflectarray with diameter of 100 mm is designed at the target center frequency of 94 GHz. The designed dual-reflectarray antenna shows a 1-dB gain bandwidth of 10 GHz and quiet uniform radiation pattern at that bandwidth.
