Abstract
These days we encounter articles about children in kindergarten school bus accidents. That is, in the bus, children are under threat. People have considered solutions such as the obligation of setting out safe devices in the bus and drawing up legislations. However, the solutions are focused on bus and children excluding teacher who manages children in and out of the school bus as well as is the crucial stakeholders of the issue. Applying a human-centered design methodology, the study concentrated on the teacher`s role and activity in the bus. It aims not only analyzing interaction between the children and the teacher but also finding out ways to help the teacher to reduce excessive work which could be thought of as factors of impairing the safety. The study has been designed in order to develop a method for keeping children safe when using the school bus.
