Abstract

This paper presents an automated video editing method to enhance aesthetic quality of casual videos in both temporal and spatial domains. In the temporal domain, our method divides the given video into several shots and renes the camera motion of each shot. In the spatial domain, our method adjusts the color characteristics of each shot to make them similar to those of professional videos. Results of the subjective evaluation demonstrate that the proposed method successfully improves the aesthetic quality of casual videos.
