Abstract
This paper provides a new method to determine the equivalent circuit parameters for a two λ/2 resonators filter structure. The method combines the direct parameter-extraction technique and optimization method. Both the extrinsic and intrinsic parameters in the equivalent circuit are determined at low frequency by using the de-embedding technique as the initial values for optimization. The calculated frequency response of the equivalent circuit model for the structure agrees well with the measured results both in magnitude and phase.
