N2 - We present an efficient stream authentication scheme that improves the verification probability of Park-Chung-Cho's scheme [1] by using Rabin's Information Dispersal Algorithm. It is shown that under the same communication overhead the verification probability of the proposed scheme is higher than those of SAIDA as well as Park-Chung-Cho's scheme, and that the execution time of the proposed scheme is smaller than that of SAIDA.
