N2 - This paper deals with the assignment problem of the agent and the task considering learning effect. The learning effect is defined as the improvement degree of business efficiency affected by experience. Matching between agents and tasks are determined by maximizing the total business efficiency according to the improvement of capability. In this paper, the integer programming formulation with learning effect is proposed. A lagrangian heuristic is developed, and the computational experiments and performance evaluations are conducted for various instances.
