Charged Higgs production at hadron colliders

Abstract

We study the production and decay of charged Higgs bosons, H±, at TEVATRON and SSC energies as a function of the top mass mt and the H± mass mH. We give the cross sections for events arising from both H±→τν and tb decays, together with those of the competing background processes. In particular, for mt>mH we study H±W and W+W- production and the t→bτν decay.
