Compact optical engine with speckle reduction element for laser pico-projector

Abstract

Compact size of optical engine has been designed and fabricated with speckle reduction element for laser pico-projector. Various optical components and speckle reduction element are fabricated and assembled in small size of optical engine under 5 cc volume. In addition, it was confirmed that speckle contrast was reduced 38.02% for the green light from the experimental result.
