Compensation of focus blurring of Ag slab superlens with intrinsic loss of absorption

Abstract

Using non-impedance matching condition, we improved image quality of Ag slab superlens with ∼69% enhanced visibility and ∼138% increased depth of field of contrast 0.5 through our FDTD calculation.
