Abstract

Blu-ray type archiving system has a jamming problem of a blu-ray disc when it inserts into a rack. To prevent jamming problem, multi-bent leaf springs are analyzed by design variables using finite element analysis (FEA). Measuring movements of a disc during inserting state and modal experiment of components are tested to design the FEA model. This study is shown influence over jamming problem and stress analysis of the discs to decrease the damage in disc storing state using a finite element analysis by design variables.
