Development of kernel thread web accelerator

Abstract

A kernel level multithread web accelerator has been implemented. It can handle ∼5000 requests per second by showing maximum throughput around 30 Mbit/s. Moreover, it supports the HTTP 1.1 protocol and allows dynamic pages as well as static pages to be requested in common applications.
