Effect of CuO nanoparticles mixed in PEDOT:PSS buffer layer on organic solar cells

Abstract

In this research, the effect of poly(3,4-ethylendioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) buffer layer with CuO nanoparticles on organic solar cell was investigated. CuO nanoparticles mixed in PEDOT:PSS film can improve short circuit current density due to their low resistivity. This method can contribute to get high efficiency organic solar cells.
