Abstract

The effect of modulated PEDOT:PSS layer with acetic acid in bulk heterojunction solar cell was investigated. The resistivity of PEDOTPSS is 1.71x10-1 Ω·cm and is decreased to 2.29x10-2 Ω·cm at modulated PEDOT:PSS with acetic acid. These modulated PEDOT:PSS films can increase short circuit current density due to their low resistivity.
