Efficiency enhancement for patterned quantum dot-converted white OLED display using photoresist dispersed TiO2

Abstract

We applied TiO2 nanoparticles to patterned quantum dot (QD)-converted white OLED display to enhance the optical efficiency using scattering effect. In experimental data, optical intensity of red light in white OLED was increased by 32.1% with only QD layer and 52% with both QD and TiOi layers.
