Abstract

We propose new and relatively simple method for the enhancement of electron mobility by developing a novel layer structure and the coating process of small-molecular material based ETL dispersed with zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs). Based on solution process, new ETL layer was prepared with the uniform dispersion of ZnO NPs and the OLED devices show the enhanced performance in both luminescence and color characteristics.
