Abstract

In Table I, the dXmax was writtenas dXmax = Cdx · L. It should have been correctly written as dXmax ≤ Cdx · L. In Table II, the values of CdX and Ctheta were written, respectively, as Cdx : 0.95 Ctheta : 0.375.
