Abstract

Following the original version of the published article,¹the authors found one error. A notation error unfortunately occurred in converted units during revision. The authors would like to revise the following errors to inform the readers. The power factor unit values [Figs. 6(a)-6(c)] of the published article were mistakenly depicted as 10^-4W/mK². The correct form of the unit should be μW=mK². The overall contents of the original article and conclusion are not affected by this error.
