Abstract
Organizations conduct various tasks on a project-by-project basis. Thus teamwork is critical factor for success of the project. Projects are carried out by inside and outside team members together. From external team members, organizations can gain creativity, new ideas and useful information. So interactions with external team members are becoming more important. For successful team performance, it is need to form social capital such as trust, network and cooperative relationship with internal and external team members. This study is to verify the recognition of SI team about internal and external teamwork. We reviewed previous studies of internal and external teamwork. Based on these reviews, 34 Q items were developed. Current data collections and in-depth interviews were conducted. The results will be presented in the conference.
