Including graphene in electronic devices can modify their electrical properties particularly those associated with conductivity and band properties. Since graphene has a unique atomic structure that generates a delocalized electron cloud, it shows high mobility and an extraordinary band structure. Thus, many types of devices can adopt graphene as elements of field effect transistor. The characteristics of graphene-based devices can be modified by the structure of graphene and the devices, for example, nanoribbon and chemically modified graphene. The tunable properties have also been applied in functional circuits. In order to utilize graphene in electronic devices, lots of methods have been developed including self-aligned electrodes and dielectrophoretic force. In this chapter, the tunable properties of graphene, structure, application, and fabrication methods are investigated.
