Abstract

A high-temperature superconducting diplexer was designed and fabricared. The device was made up of two branch-line hybrids and two identical 3-pole hairpin-line bandpass filters per channel. The designed diplexer operates at the frequencies of 14.25GHz and 14.50GHz. Two channel diplexer was fabricated on 2×2 cm2 MgO substrate.
