Abstract

This project proposes an interactive system I-Space using Microsoft Kinect for regular retail stores in South Korea to adopt in their stores. I-Space hopefully will provide the regular stores more competitive edge against online stores by accommodating customer's shopping expectations. I-Space allow customers to browse product information and reviews in a secure and private manner using their own smart phone, at their own convenience. The researchers also dwell on the possibility of implementing I-Space in Englishlanguage-learning environment as an assistive learning tool.
