Abstract

An interdisciplinary forum on the work of researchers and practitioners on user-centered design and evaluation issues in the larger context of digital documents is presented. The focus is on the role of human factors in informative-intensive environments in which digital documents have an integral role. Articles are grouped under two broad themes: Usability and Beyond, and Design in Context.
