In nature, negative values of permeability are rare and obtainable from magnetic resonances in ferromagnets at submicrowave frequencies. In recent years, as a possible alternative to the resolution, magnetic metamaterials have received considerable attention for realizing a negative effective magnetic permeability in the range from microwave , to THz  and optical regime ,. Furthermore, since electromagnetic metamaterials is governed by negative permeability values, those materials play a key role in implementation of electromagnetic metamaterials at desired frequencies. So far, the fashions are generally consisted of artificially magnetic periodic structures with lattice constants that are still smaller than the wavelength of incident electromagnetic wave. In this work, we investigate on the possibility of negative magnetic permeability using single SRR and DSRR element that are excited by microstrip transmission line having high impedance.
