Abstract

Most hepatic artery pseudoaneurysms result from trauma, blunt or pen0etrating, such as that caused by percutaneous transhepatic procedures. We present a case of hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm resulting from a pyogenic liver abscess, which has not been described previously, in a patient with acute leukemia receiving chemotherapy.
