Abstract

Enhancement of optical efficiency and angular color temperature deviation was studied with TiO2 composite coating on white LED package. By optimizing the curvature of TiO2 composite coating, the optical power from the pc-WLED package was enhanced 40% and the angular deviation of color correlation temperature was also improved.
