Abstract
Ni/θ-Al2O3 exhibits remarkably high catalytic activity and stability in partial oxidation of methane to synthesis gas. It gives more than 98% CH4 conversion, 98% H2 selectivity and 100% CO selectivity at 850 °C and the activity was maintained for 100 h.
