N2 - We have developed pixel structures for reflective color low-temperature polycrystalline silicon(LTPS) TFT-LCDs which can display 27-color and 64-color, respectively, in still-image. The proposed pixels have novel concept to display the still image with more than 27-color. This paper shows the concept, operation of the proposed pixels, and architecture of the QVGA LTPS TFT-LCD panel.
