Abstract
As electric vehicle (EV) numbers are expected to significantly increase in the coming years, we face a challenge of how to reliably deliver smart grid messages with the strict requirements in terms of end-to-end delay and reliability. Thus, we propose a transport protocol to support the reliability and delay-sensitive applications in vehicle-to-grid networks.
