Abstract

Arrays of nanopores with diameters ranging from ∼6 to ∼32 nm were produced by selective removal of the PMMA homopolymer after cross-linking the PS matrix or UV etching of the entire cylindrical microdomains. How size was found to depend on the molecular weight of the block copolymers.
