Abstract

We report electro-hydro-dynamic (EHD) printing technology for selective modulation of electrical characteristics for indium-tin-oxide (ITO) transparent conducting oxide (TCO) material. The aluminum oxide printed ITO layer (ITO:Al2O3) layer was utilized as channel layer and the bare ITO layer was utilized as source/drain electrodes for homojunction thin-film transistor (TFT).
