Abstract

We studied the ultrafast carrier and spin dynamics on the 1T' - WTe2 monolayer-bilayer interface. Time-resolved optical measurement verified the existence of topological edge state at the continuous interface with weak electron-phonon interaction and long-live electron-electron interaction.
