Abstract

This paper presents stochastic estimation of acoustic signals reflected by ocean surface. Simple normal distribution and 1-D MoM simulation are used for estimating the fluctuations in both the time and magnitude. Ocean spectrums are applied to the simulation, and the measured data are used for comparison.
