Study of E-plane slotline coupling structure for quasi-optical oscillator arrays

Abstract

In this paper, E-plane coupling structure through the slotline on the ground plane for quasi-optical oscillator arrays is proposed. This coupling structure can be easily expanded to two-dimensional planar array system and eliminate the distortion due to the spurious radiation from the coupling structure. The coupling strength are analyzed with slot width, length, offset position and number of slotlines.
