Abstract

We report the results of a study of charged B decays to the [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] final states using complete [Formula Presented] reconstruction. The contributions of two-body [Formula Presented] decays with narrow [Formula Presented] and broad [Formula Presented] [Formula Presented] states have been determined and the masses and widths of four [Formula Presented] states have been measured. This is the first observation of the broad P-wave [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] mesons. The analysis is based on a data sample of 65 million [Formula Presented] pairs collected in the Belle experiment.
