Abstract

Terahertz (THz) imaging technique has great potential in the eld of nondestructive, noncontact measurements. Followed by the ongoing advances in the development of THz sources and detectors, THz imaging is applied in various elds and indicated in large-scale market products. Since the rst illustration of THz imaging by Hu and Nuss (1995), many target materials related to the biomedical material, security, and semiconductor industry have been examined. In addition, there has been a considerable progress in the development of THz-based imaging techniques.
