Abstract
Differential scanning calorimetry curves showed that the double melting peaks of the title yarn were due to the coexistence of crystals with different thermal properties. The effects of the annealing time and temperature on the crystallinity and birefringence, tenacity at break and elongation at break of the specimens were investigated.
