Variable-length block nine-coded compression technique with huffman codes and symbol merging

Abstract

This paper presents a new test data compression that uses less than nine codewords. The small number codewords helps the proposed method to lower its complexity. its decoder occupies small area, this technique test data volume significantly. Experimental results for '89 benchmark show the efficiency of the proposed.
