Wavelength switching of the rational-harmonic frequency-doubling mode-locked FPLD with a high dispersion external cavity

Abstract

We report wavelength switching of a frequency doubled rational-harmonic mode-locked FPLD with a high dispersion external cavity. Switching range of 7.27nm and side mode suppression ratios around 40dB were obtained.
